About The Role
Vice President, Human Resources leads our high-performance Human Resources teams across all locations in the Americas, EMEA and with Independent Contractors globally. This leader is responsible for leading and executing the strategic direction of the overall HR team in partnership with the Chief People Officer, thinking globally, ensuring our HR practices are aligned with our core values.

The Vice President, Human Resources responsible for all HR operations, employee relations, legal compliance, total rewards delivery, corporate HR functions including HRIS, compensation, performance management, and a caring lens on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), and overall ensures we live up to our mission of People. Vice President, Human Resources focuses on recommending, developing, and administering programs and practices that attract, engage and retain a high-achieving, innovative, and inclusive workforce. Vice President, Human Resources reports to the Chief People Officer.
This position is preferably US based, primarily remote,with travel to PartnerHero locations to work and connect with teams.

- Lead our HR team across the Americas, EMEA, and Remote+ B2B process in the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- HR oversight regarding global locations (excl. Philippines), in collaboration with personnel abroad.
- Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.
- Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment efforts.
- Partner closely and proactively with senior management and executives in support of corporate goals.
- Act as an internal thought leader to advise on the full range of talent management initiatives, programs, and practices.
- Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization's human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system.
- Initiate, plan, and execute projects to support the effectiveness of the various business units and ensure a high-quality associate experience throughout the associate lifecycle.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; apply this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
- Think globally to ensure a seamless business partner experience for associates and leadership, and to enhance and streamline HR programs and processes.
- Lead corporate HRIS team for worldwide delivery of HR systems and data analysis, and ensure data integrity.
- Develop and implement departmental budgets.
- Partner with external legal counsel to minimize legal risk and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment law.
- Facilitate professional development, training, and certification activities for the HR team.
- Partner with DEIB to promote diversity and inclusion in all areas.
What You Bring To The Table
- At least five (5) years of management at the HR Manager level; preferably from within a dynamic environment with at least three years in BPO or Tech environment.
- Prior experience managing HRIS. Additional systems include performance management, ATS, associate pulse surveying, and more.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication, and interpersonal skills and a passion for developing people.
- Demonstrated ability to lead communication strategy plans to ensure effective and successful delivery of changes throughout an organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in influencing, facilitating, and driving change.
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Prior experience in the Business Process Outsourcing sector is a plus.
- Prior experience in a multi-national company with a distributed workforce is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience thinking proactively and abstractly to identify tactical considerations or problems before they arise.
